Brian has worked in Foodservice Design since 2015, on a wide variety of foodservice establishments, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, corporate dining, higher education, and culinary schools.

As a foodservice consultant, Brian works with the architect, operator, MEP engineers and owner's representative to provide design, budgeting, and value engineering along with construction documents and construction administration for the foodservice areas.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Siena College and is a member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) as well as a LEED Green Associate.
