Matt brings a diverse range of knowledge in both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations, particularly in the hospitality and corporate market spaces. He began his food service career in New York kitchens and transitioned into guest-facing roles as General Manager of several highly accoladed Bay Area restaurants before taking on management of the food and events programming for Airbnb’s flagship operations in San Francisco.

Matt began foodservice consulting in both operational programing and space design in 2019 with clients across tech workspaces, non- profits, restaurants, luxury resorts, higher education and public assembly. His experience as a hands-on operator and team leader informs his collaboration with chefs, owners and operators to ensure seamless project partnerships.

Matt holds a BFA from the Academy of Art University in San Franciso where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
